I'm a day late, but April 13-19,
2014 is National Osteopathic Medicine Week. This week is not only dedicated to promoting
osteopathic medicine, but it is also a great time to educate the public about
it as well. One thing I think osteopathic medicine lacks as a whole is community
awareness, so I’m all for promoting it whenever I can. With that being said, if
you are new to this blog and curious about DO’s and osteopathic medicine in general,
please check out one of the first blog posts that I did on the subject (SEE HERE).
Also, don’t forget to stop by the American Osteopathic Association’s website (www.osteopathic.org) to learn more. They have some
great cover photos and pictures that you can use on social media. I’ve also
pasted some of the photos below for your viewing pleasure. I hope everyone has
a very wonderful and productive week! I’m going to go find a DO to hug :-)
(LOL! Just playing!)
